Most Associates are already familiar with the company BackOffice system. Everything Associates need to build their business is provided there. Additionally, it also provides a corporate feedback system, which can be a real lifesaver for Associates. If you have a question, just click the “?” button and type out your inquiry. Feel free to ask about any business-related issue you may have, including questions about promotions, local offices, payments, or deliveries.
Regional managers are responsible for addressing all questions and concerns submitted. Keep in mind that it may take a little time to process each inquiry. Note that all requests are recorded, so management has full visibility into all stages of correspondence and can track their progress.
